Review by hotel critic
During my recent romantic escape at Serendipity House in Londonderry, I was treated to a delightful blend of comfort and culture. Nestled just a short stroll from the city center, this quaint B&B allowed my partner and I to easily explore Derry's fascinating historic past, from the iconic city walls to the enchanting St Eugene's Cathedral. Our room was modern and clean, offering a cozy atmosphere complemented by panoramic views of the city, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a sumptuous spread that catered to every palate, and we loved the spacious decking area where we could enjoy our meals amidst the serene surroundings. While parking is limited, we were fortunate to find a spot directly outside, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. The friendly staff enhanced our experience, being genuinely helpful and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Serendipity House is indeed a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers eager to immerse themselves in the rich history and vibrant culture of Derry.
